Constable Richardson first moved to East Allen Township in 2007, and returned to the township in 2015.
He was appointed as Constable by Northampton County President Judge Michael J. Koury, Jr. on July 25, 2019, to fulfill an unexpired term of office, and was elected as constable on November 2, 2021.
Constable Richardson relocated out of the township, and resigned this office on June 21, 2022.
